Position Overview: The Corporate Processing Trainer will develop and conduct a variety of new hire and ongoing training classes to include loan processing, system use, and introduction to the use of Encompass. Job Responsibilities: • Develop mortgage curriculum and job aids for required use by all CrossCountry Mortgage employees to train and reinforce mortgage processing knowledge. • Develop and conduct training sessions related to mortgage loan processing, the implementation of new software applications, procedures, and compliance requirements. • Conduct web-based training and travel to branches as required. • Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of training and individual employee results, job performance, and future learning plans. • Coordinate training meetings and events. • Work to improve training methods and skills by introduction of new training methods. • Complete annual E-Learning Plans. • Articulate performance outcomes objectively for trainees and managers. • Travel up to 50% to affiliate locations as is necessary, including out of state, to conduct training. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience, preferred. • 5 - 7 years of mortgage processing experience, preferred. • 1 – 3 years of experience in a training role, preferred. • Excellent training techniques, public speaking, and presentation skills. • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to develop quality training material. • Proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
