The role involves maintaining corporate governance records, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance across GEP's global entity structure.ResponsibilitiesMaintain corporate governance records, including minute books and documentation for GEP’s global entities, while managing information within the company’s entity management system and centralized records repositoryAssist with the preparation and execution of corporate documents related to entity formations, dissolutions, and other governance matters, including coordinating signatures, notarizations, and apostille requirements when necessarySupport contract and document management processes using tools such as SharePoint and DocuSign, including organizing, digitizing, and maintaining corporate records to support document retention and compliance initiativesContribute to global legal projects and operational tasks such as maintaining lease documentation, organizing records, and supporting the legal team during high volume periods or key initiativesHelp ensure corporate records remain accurate and complete by entering entity information, tracking documentation, preparing compliance materials, and managing multiple priorities in an in-house corporate settingSkills1 to 2 years of paralegal experience supporting corporate governance, ideally within a global corporationExperience maintaining minute books, managing corporate documentation, and working with entity management systemsExperience with entity formations and dissolutions is helpfulStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed recordsProficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with SharePoint, Teams, or DocuSign is helpfulStrong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretionCertificate or degree from an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program preferredCandidates pursuing or holding a J.D. are not the intended fit for this roleBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with a 3% company matchPaid time offCompany holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCompany OverviewGEP® delivers AI-powered procurement and supply chain solutions that help global enterprises become more agile and resilient, operate more efficiently and effectively, gain competitive advantage, boost profitability and increase shareholder value.
