By using financial data and information in financial modeling, the Corporate FP&A Analyst will work closely with different departments to provide insights that align with company objectives and operational strategies. Additionally, the FP&A Analyst must understand and assist with our accounting and tax functions as necessaryEssential Functions / Job Responsibilities: • Forecasting and Planning: Support the corporate forecasting process that aligns strategic initiatives with actionable plans and profitability targets. Partner with business leaders in preparing quarterly forecast or annual budget projections. • Reporting: Prepare monthly internal reporting packs that support business leaders’ understanding of the financial performance of their departments. Assist departments with ad-hoc reporting or analysis needs • Performance Monitoring: Track actual financial and operational performance against budget or forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize FP&A processes and workflows, to increase productivity, reduce costs. or streamline operations • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests.Skills or Experience Required: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
