Job SummaryThe Corporate Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner and right hand to our senior executives, providing high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient business operations, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of executives
Track key projects and deadlines to ensure timely follow-ups and execution
Organize and support corporate events, offsites, and board meetings
Manage expense reports, invoices, and procurement requests
Perform general administrative tasks and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under pressure
