This role is critical to shaping the company’s growth trajectory by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and strategic partnerships while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring, coupled with a strategic mindset that enables them to build relationships with industry thought leaders, navigate complex transactions and deliver impactful outcomes. They will play a pivotal role in driving corporate strategy by leveraging their analytical acumen, industry knowledge, and ability to synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations. We are seeking candidates located in Seattle, WA or the San Francisco Bay Area and the surrounding metropolitan areas to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.What You Will DoBuild and maintain a competitive and market intelligence framework to monitor market trends and competitors.Engage with Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Product Officer to develop strategic opportunity map, aligned with the company’s growth strategy.Identify and evaluate acquisition and partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy. Engage business partners as appropriate to sponsor deals.Enable and collaborate with sponsoring business partners to develop detailed business cases, deal rationale, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
