Associates work directly with crypto founders, token issuers, and web3 companies on venture financings, token issuances, and complex digital asset transactions. /p> p> br> /p> p>Unlike regulatory-only roles, this seat focuses on strong>true transactional execution /strong>—structuring token rights, managing primary and secondary token sales, and advising on offshore structures tied to digital asset offerings.
