Additionally, you will support the Experian Software Solutions business unit , with the opportunity to support other businesses. Experian's Fraud, Innovation, & Commercialization business provides solutions to businesses to prevent fraud and verify identity. Experian Software Solutions creates software, platforms, and innovations used across Experian's global fraud and financial services portfolio. You will report to a senior attorney in the North America the Law Department. Responsibilities: You will advise in risk assessment and regulatory reviews for new products, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements Provide advice on compliance with multiple laws, including consumer protection and data privacy laws. You have experience in relevant transactional matters, with regulatory experience relevant to financial services (FCRA, GLBA) preferred. You will adapt the requirements of the role with the guidance of the legal team Qualifications: 7-11 years of relevant legal experience in a large law firm or in-house setting.
