Corporate Counsel — Technology & Commercial (Remote) Salary: $160,000–$210,000 + Bonus Location: Remote (U.S.) About the Role Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company seeking a Corporate Counsel to support SaaS, commercial contracting, and enterprise technology transactions. This attorney will work closely with business, engineering, procurement, and sales stakeholders. Responsibilities • Draft, negotiate, and manage SaaS, cloud, licensing, professional services, and vendor agreements • Support enterprise sales contracting, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, SLAs • Advise on data privacy, IP, information security, and risk mitigation • Partner with product and engineering teams on new technology initiatives • Streamline contract processes and optimize templates and playbooks • Provide strategic guidance on commercial deal structures • Collaborate cross-functionally across IT, Sales, Procurement, and Operations Qualifications • JD + active bar license • 5+ years of experience with SaaS and commercial contracts • Strong understanding of privacy, IP, and technology contracting • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, business-focused environment Contact Us [email protected] (216) 710-5174 alignedtalentacquisition.com linkedin.com/in/devney-ayers Apply tot his job
