Corporate Controller (Ability to Work Remote)

We’re looking for a dynamic Corporate Controller to lead our accounting, payroll, and financial operations while championing our company values every day. What You’ll Do Lead all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and payroll. Oversee monthly close, internal/external reporting, and financial systems. Prepare and review GAAP‑compliant financial statements and month‑end workpapers. Strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Support audits, tax preparation, budgeting, and lender reporting. Conduct analytical reviews of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows. Manage ASC842 lease accounting and monitor banking covenants. Maintain confidentiality, uphold safety standards, and complete required training. Take on additional responsibilities that support organizational effectiveness. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with an Accounting emphasis. CPA required. 10+ years in accounting/finance, including 2 years in public accounting preferred. 5+ years in a managerial role. 5+ years of healthcare industry experience. Expertise in accounting principles, financial processes, and documentation standards. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication, time‑management, and leadership abilities. Ability to manage complex tasks, meet deadlines, and work professionally across all levels. Why Join Us?
