Functions:
ā¢ SMM : Create SMM content for global audience of cryptotraders and fintech enthusiasts.
ā¢ Content creation : Prepare expert up-to-date crypto content in English and Russian for LATOKEN non-SMM content ecosystem.
ā¢ Email marketing : Generate engaging content for email marketing.
ā¢ Cross-unit support : Develop content to support other units needs.
ā¢ Blogs enrichment and posting : Conduct SEO optimization for the posts on LATOKEN ecosystem to generate maximum traffic according to SEO guidelines.
Requirement skills and experience:
Hard skills:
ā¢ 3+ years in copywriting
ā¢ 2+ years in fintech or crypto
ā¢ Proven record of high engagement posts creation (150+ likes, or claps)
ā¢ Excellent English is a must. Really a must.
ā¢ Knowledge of the newest Google Search algorithms for content is a must
ā¢ Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Wordpress
Soft Skills:
ā¢ Eagerness to work in a high-caliber team to reach maximum blitz scaling
ā¢ Independence and being able to source own content ideas
ā¢ Quick reaction to the hot news from outside and within the company
ā¢ Ability to work in high-stress environments. If you have a 9-5 attitude, you are not a good fit
ā¢ Desire to grow fast (high chance of promotion within 3 months of employment)
