Agile minds are at our core with a continuous endeavor to invest in talent.The RoleWe’re looking for a Copy Supervisor who’s fluent in both Hindi and English, has a strong grip on brand thinking, and can lead ideas across campaigns. You’ll work closely with the creative and Account teams to deliver content that’s crisp, relevant, and impact-driven. Responsibilities : Lead creative thinking and copy across digital campaigns, videos, ads, and social mediaWrite and review copy in both Hindi and EnglishCraft brand narratives and tone of voiceGuide a team of junior writers and collaborate with designers and art directorsWork on campaign ideas, pitches, and big-ticket projectsEnsure clarity, consistency, and originality in all contentPartner with strategy and servicing teams to shape brand communication Requirements : 3–4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an agency setupStrong command over both Hindi and EnglishExperience writing for multiple formats: social, video, long-form, campaignsGood understanding of brand tone, audience insights, and platform trendsTeam player who can take the lead, guide others, and still write great copyPortfolio that reflects sharp thinking and fresh ideas
