About the roleAs an Account Executive, you’ll be the bridge between Alpine IQ’s technology and our customers’ success. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation, and close—while building trusted, long-term client relationships.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative selling, enjoys launching into new industries, and is comfortable navigating regulated or complex buying environments. Your mission is simple: drive revenue growth while helping customers unlock real value from Alpine IQ’s platform.Base Salary: $80,000 USD | On-Target Earnings: $160,000 USDWhat you'll do:Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed revenue goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticalsPartner closely with leadership to align on goals and growth strategiesProspecting & Pipeline ManagementBuild pipeline in emerging industries Research and identify high-potential prospects and key decision-makersGenerate qualified leads through email, phone, and social outreachMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpotClient EngagementBuild trust-based relationships through consultative, value-driven sellingDeliver tailored product demos that clearly communicate Alpine IQ’s impactGuide prospects through evaluation and onboarding with transparency and careNegotiation & ClosingPrepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new businessManage contracts and ensure timely, accurate executionReporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack performance against goals and share insights with leadershipStay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offeringsWhat you Bring2–5 years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutionsProven track record of exceeding quota and closing deals end-to-endStrong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex productsHands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRMExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, adaptable, and results-drivenBachelor’s degree preferredBonus Points If You HaveExperience selling marketing technology, CRM, CDP, loyalty, messaging, or customer engagement platformsExperience launching or scaling sales in new verticals or marketsBackground selling into regulated, compliance-driven, or complex environmentsA passion for startups and high-growth companiesBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and ancillary benefits401(k) Company MatchFlexible Time OffHome Office BenefitPaid Parental LeaveVirtual EventsCompany Laptopand More!
