The Role

Edit and proof written content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Evaluate copy for brand appropriateness and legal standards.
Collaborate with designers to align visuals and content, including image use and layout.
Utilize Adobe InDesign to edit and finalize layouts for digital and print publications.
Apply SEO principles to enhance digital discoverability.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to tailor content for target audiences.
Maintain high standards across all platforms, understanding what constitutes good content.
Contribute to content planning discussions and support campaign execution.

The Ideal Candidate

Possesses strong editing and proofreading skills, with a focus on polishing copy rather than writing it from scratch.
Has experience with digital content, with some print experience being beneficial.
Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, as this is a non-negotiable requirement.
Familiarity with SEO and digital publishing best practices is essential.
Can evaluate content from a brand and audience perspective, demonstrating an understanding of what works.
Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced agency environments.
In-house applicants should demonstrate adaptability across formats and platforms.
Previous experience in similar roles such as Digital Content Editor, Content Editor, Copy Editor, or Digital Publishing Coordinator is desirable.
