Coordinator, Multicultural Marketing

The Multicultural Marketing team is responsible for engaging in film marketing strategies to enhance outreach to diverse audiences, and the Coordinator will execute projects related to the creative output of the department.ResponsibilitiesManage the creative process and deadlines for multicultural campaigns across linear, digital, integrated marketing, and Symphony—including but not limited to dub orders, narration, feature links, print requests, toolkit adaptations, and trafficking instructionsGuide and facilitate AV materials through the finishing process with the marketing postproduction department; administer asset delivery and distribution for Domestic, Symphony, and Puerto Rico campaignsDevelop Spanish translations for trailers, television/digital spots, custom materials, billboards, outdoor, companion banners, and other creative assetsMaintain internal reporting logs and shared drives of creative assets in real timeFulfill team requests for creative materials, including print, translations/transcriptions, presentation decks, pitching links, social copy, etcPopulate asset trackers for media agencies and Symphony partners with assigned spots, platform-specific details, flight dates, asset links, and post copy for media placementsTraffic and track materials through network, legal, or guild clearances and approvals as neededMaintain cross-departmental alignment on trailer launch logistics and strategiesSource social creative for Universal Latino handlesLead the campaign topline report related to creative, integrated, and Symphony activationsHandle administrative tasks such as scheduling (internal and external), agendas, meeting notes, expenses, and prepping creative materials for meetingsAssist with event organization and logistics, including special shoots and creative content daysStay current on trends and platforms to contribute creative recommendations for campaign concepts and executionsSkills1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, specifically in marketingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Airtable, and/or TrelloMust be bilingual with advanced proficiency in both written and verbal SpanishPersonable, highly energetic, organized, and self-starting, with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in multicultural marketingExperience in creative advertising, digital media, and/or traditional mediaBachelor's degreeBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k)Paid leaveTuition reimbursementA variety of other discounts and perksCompany OverviewNBCUniversal is a media company that provides entertainment and news development, production, distribution, and marketing services.
