Coordinator, Integrated Creative Group

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the department’s senior leadership and creative teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives through high-level administrative support and creative development tasks.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to three Senior Vice Presidents and their direct reports, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logisticsOrganize and facilitate daily status meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverablesCompile, proof, and distribute weekly departmental updates and executive summariesAssist with creative development tasks such as vendor research, competitive landscape analysis, copy writing and editing, and conceptual ideation supportCoordinate cross-functional communications, including programming updates, production schedules, and company-wide initiativesPartner with HR, Finance, and Operations to onboard freelance talent, manage vendor paperwork, and support budget and invoice trackingSupport IT and facilities needs for the department, including equipment requests and workspace coordinationTrack and update facilities signage to reflect the latest priority projectsMaintain department supplies, manage shared resources, and support team events and special projects as neededHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismThrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with a proactive, collaborative mindsetSkillsMinimum of 1 year of experience in the entertainment industry (including internships)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)Comfortable working across both Mac and PC platformsExperience using collaboration and communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and DropboxDeep passion for television, pop culture, and the evolving entertainment landscapeStrong interest in creative development, branding, and storytellingExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMeticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workProactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiativeCollaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitudeQuick learner who thrives in dynamic, deadline-driven settingsFamiliarity with creative tools such as Figma, Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)Curiosity about industry trends, emerging platforms, and NBCUniversal's content and brand strategyBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k)Paid leaveTuition reimbursementA variety of other discounts and perksCompany OverviewNBCUniversal is a media company that provides entertainment and news development, production, distribution, and marketing services.
