Job Description

The Coordinator III - HEDIS Outreach Coordinator will work directly with other coordinators to ensure quality of work delivered, performance/productivity benchmarks are met, and all compliance related issues are properly addressed, trained and coached on a consistent basis.

Position Summary

The HEDIS Outreach Coordinator will work directly cleaning up the provider data within QMRM platform. Make calls to providers to request request records, get updates phone, fax emails. Retrieves data from a variety of sources. Collaborates with internal and external parties to assist with organizing the various components to update the provider data.

Perform work in alignment with the organization's mission, vision and values.

Duties
• Provider Cleanup: Work with Provider Cleanup team to systematically scrub QMRM to clean provider information. Heavy data
• Non - responder calls to providers to get medical records into plans.
• Communication Development: Communicate effectively, both verbally and via email, to other Cross-Functional teams throughout the organization. Work closely with outside partners.
• Maintains or exceeds established productivity and quality standards

Exper Ience
• 3 years or more experience with HEDIS abstraction.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in both team player and team lead roles
• Confident in decision making ability within strict timelines
• Exceptional prioritization skills
• Acts with integrity and uses sound judgment in dealing with confidential information

Education

High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare or similar field preferred and have 2 years of relevant work experience.
