The Coordinator, Human Resources will partner with HRBPs to manage various HR functions, support full lifecycle recruiting, and maintain candidate information while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Responsibilities Partner with HRBPs to manage onboarding and offboarding, learning & development initiatives, employee relations, performance management, and the handling of year-end processes Support Recruiters with full lifecycle recruiting including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters Ensure timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates Provide administrative support on various HR and recruiting processes and initiatives Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other internal trackers Establish effective working relationships with internal clients Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information Participate in On Campus Recruiting efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs and information sessions and creating offers Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Creative problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Workday experience Benefits Generous paid time off policies Savings plans and other financial wellness tools available in each region Hybrid working opportunities Free breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily In-office wellness experiences and reimbursement for select wellness expenses (e.g., gym, personal training and more) Company-sponsored sports teams and fitness events (JPM Corporate Challenge, Cycle for Survival, Wall Street Rides FAR and more) Volunteer opportunities and charitable giving Social events, happy hours, treats, and celebrations throughout the year Workshops and continuous learning opportunities Company Overview Tower Research Ventures, the venture arm of Tower Research Capital, does pre-seed and seed investments in NYC.
