The Job:
Coordinateur(trice) Learning and Development & CI, 80 - 100 %

Dans ce poste exigeant et varié, vous jouerez un rÎle central en tant que coordinateur-trice entre nos clients dans les différents pays, le siÚge social ainsi que les interlocuteurs internes et externes. Vos principales missions comprendront notamment :

L’organisation et la coordination de webinaires, de formations, de prĂ©sentations et d'interventions spĂ©ciales urgentes (CI – Critical Incidents) pour les clients dans les pays que nous accompagnons

Alerte et coordination des formateurs ou du soutien psychologique au sein de notre réseau

Collaboration avec le siĂšge international de Lyra en Angleterre / Afrique du Sud ainsi qu’avec les services compĂ©tents dans le monde entier

ContrÎle des traductions (en français) des supports de formation et de la documentation

Aide aux tĂąches administratives, ainsi que, du chat et des e-mails

Votre profil :

Grand sens de l'organisation et forte orientation vers le service et la satisfaction client.

Vous ĂȘtes une personne ouverte, aimable et capable de travailler en Ă©quipe, qui aime prendre les choses en main, ne perd pas la vue d'ensemble mĂȘme en cas de charge de travail importante et garde la tĂȘte froide mĂȘme dans les moments d'agitation.

Vous travaillez de maniÚre autonome, précise et avec un haut niveau de qualité.

Vous maĂźtrisez parfaitement les outils Google.

Vous devez impĂ©rativement parler couramment le français (de prĂ©fĂ©rence Ă  un niveau proche de celui d’un locuteur natif), l'anglais et l’allemand, car vous utiliserez ces trois langues au quotidien. La maĂźtrise de l'italien est un atout.

Vous justifiez de préférence d'une expérience dans une fonction de coordination.

Votre profil est complĂ©tĂ© par votre passion et votre volontĂ© de vous perfectionner en permanence. Une Ă©quipe dynamique et un domaine d’activitĂ© enrichissant vous attendent. Il n'est pas nĂ©cessaire d'ĂȘtre prĂ©sent au siĂšge social ; le tĂ©lĂ©travail ne pose aucun problĂšme.
