Insomnia Cookies started as a big dream in a tiny university dorm room in the US city of Philadelphia, amongst a group of friends, up late, craving something sweet and delicious. With very limited takeout options available (this was back in 2003!), our founder, Seth, took matter into his own hands. Fast forward 20 years and so... many... cookies later, Insomnia Cookies has become a cult brand known for its rabid following of cookie lovers who crave warm, delicious delivery all day and late into the night.Weâre now very excited to bring our late-night favourite to Toronto and we are actively interviewing candidates for the COOKIE CREW role at our Canadian flagship store adjacent to York University!
