COO New Import Export Business

I need an import business built from zero. I have the dream and ambition to have a successful business: a product with high EV/EBITDA, a large profit margin from the beginning, including the company structure and its jurisdictions and to scale aggressively and efficiently. I need to delegate to handle other affairs I need a COO who complements me I will handle my strenghts that are vision strategy supervision and ideas and key decisions, who can organize and execute better suited to the task, with good financial compensation included bonuses, and who can help bring in the following roles which I assume would be business development specialists and sales managers, among others, including market entry specialists and a fractional CFO probably. I also assume a CTO and a human resources executive to manage the strategy of acquiring the best possible talent, especially and assigning them key roles if the talent is the right fit, such as a CHRO. CPO, Chief of Staff, or other similar role. I believe the organization can be agile and efficient with fewer employees and by outsourcing to companies or freelancers. I want a remote environment that fosters collaboration and autonomy. I'm passionate about data and analytics, and I value in-depth market research and intelligence. I'm very focused on company privacy. Again, I want to delegate directly to handle other matters, so I think the first person I'd recruit would be a talented COO. I'll give them and the other team members autonomy, freedom, and trust. I have a couple of ideas in mind regarding which products to use, but I need a preliminary analysis from experts on the benefits of the best possible products.

I need help to supplement, extend, or correct my vision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
