Conversion & Specialty Products Administrator

They are seeking a Conversion and Specialty Products Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating and administering Life/Long Term Disability (LTD) Conversion and international products while addressing case-specific issues and providing information regarding product design and administration procedures. Responsibilities Processing of applications for international products Coordination of Life and LTD conversion Create and distribute plan documents Coordinate calculation of rates Communicate with Plan Administrators, Advisors, and Third-party vendors Monthly reconciliation and reporting Skills Able to work independently and within a team environment Well-developed customer service skills Experience working in Excel, Word, and Access Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment Experience using PAS/EAS is an asset Benefits Career Development: Opportunities for career advancement, access to industry-leading learning programs and up to $2,000 annually towards education reimbursement.
