Conversion-Focused Landing Page Designer Needed (Mortgage Broker – Discovery Call Page)

I’m a mortgage broker in NSW, Australia, specialising in first home buyers.

I’m looking for a freelancer who can take the lead in designing and building a high-converting landing page that turns Instagram & TikTok bio traffic into booked discovery calls.

This is a single landing page project, not a full website build.

I don’t just want a page that “looks good.” I want someone who understands conversion psychology and can structure the page properly.

Goal of the Page:

- Convert warm bio traffic into booked calls via Calendly.

Primary audience: First home buyers (including some considering low-deposit and guarantor options).

What I’m Looking For:

- Someone who can recommend page structure and layout

- Strong understanding of service-based lead generation

- Clean, professional design (appropriate for financial services)

- Mobile-first approach (majority of traffic will be mobile)

- Embedded Calendly booking widget

- Minimal distractions (no unnecessary navigation)

- Clear messaging and friction reduction

- Built on my existing wordpress website

- Fast load speed

- Clean, modern UI

- Basic SEO structure
