We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a part of our manufacturing unit, where they will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of control systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving Allen Bradley PLC, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, ControlLogix, and PLC Programming. This role will require a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that will improve the efficiency and performance of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement control systems to improve production processes and machinery performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and integrate new systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the performance of control systems.
Maintain and update documentation related to control systems, including technical specifications, schematics, and system manuals.
Train staff on the operation and maintenance of control systems.
Comply with all safety and health regulations related to control systems and industrial processes.
Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in control systems and manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Control Systems Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience with Allen Bradley, Allen Bradley PLC, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, ControlLogix, and PLC Programming.
Experience in the oil and gas industry would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of industrial processes and control systems.
Proficiency in SCADA and other process control software.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with electrical controls, process controls, and control systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve control system issues.
A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all safety regulations.
