Controller - REMOTE
Our client, a prestigious non-profit, skilled nursing home and health care facility is in need of a top-gun Controller on a contract basis for a 3-4 month engagement. This position will report directly to the CFO and have board interaction, very high visibility. 100% Remote! This consultant will have an indepth understanding of managing day to day accounting, budgeting and producing financial... statements and assist with an upgrade of Workday.
REMOTE
$60-70/hour + 1.5 OT
Controller
Focus:
Ā Supervision of accounting team of 6 individuals, train and mentor
Ā Oversight of accounting, payroll, reporting, auditing and compliance
Ā Evaluation of Workday financial system with implemention of process improvement
Ā Financial statement preparation and presentation
Ā Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning with the CFO
Ā Grant management and oversight
Required
Ā 10 years of relevant experience
Ā Bachelors Degree
Ā WORKDAY experience required
Ā non-profit and/or healthcare experience a plus
