Controller / Accounting Manager - Remote Position
ALUR is a leading manufacturer of premium demountable glass wall systems for modern commercial interiors. We are seeking an experienced Controller / Accounting Manager with strong Acumatica ERP experience to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support the continued growth of our business.
This is a remote position with preference for candidates experienced in construction, manufacturing, project accounting, or commercial interiors.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage monthly close and financial reporting
ā¢ Oversee AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and cash management
ā¢ Maintain WIP schedules and project accounting
ā¢ Manage sales tax and multi-state compliance filings
ā¢ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
ā¢ Oversee commission reporting and payroll reporting
ā¢ Maintain and improve accounting workflows within Acumatica
ā¢ Coordinate with management, operations, sales, and project teams
ā¢ Assist with audit preparation and external accounting support
Requirements
ā¢ Strong hands-on Acumatica ERP experience required
ā¢ 5+ years accounting or controller experience
ā¢ Experience with construction or project accounting preferred
ā¢ Strong understanding of WIP reporting and job costing
ā¢ Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance
ā¢ Excellent organizational and communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ CPA preferred but not required
ā¢ Experience supporting manufacturing or commercial construction businesses
ā¢ Experience managing remote accounting workflows

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
