This is a key leadership role with visibility across company and a strong emphasis on technical precision, team leadership, and process improvement. This is a remote position but must be located in the US.Experience:A strong foundation in public accounting is preferred with successful progressive roles in organizational accounting leadership. Candidates must be able to lead with confidence, navigate complex accounting environments with ease, and have experience managing a team of all levels of accounting professionals in high-growth settings.In This Role, You Will:Lead the monthly close and ensure accuracy in financial reportingSupervise general ledger, revenue, AP, and taxStrengthen internal controls and ensure complianceCollaborate with senior leadership and external auditorsDrive process improvements and system automation initiativesCultivate a high-performing team and a culture of accountabilityPerform additional duties as assignedKey Qualifications:CPA or MBA required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and controllership, professional services experience preferredDeep expertise in US GAAPDirect experience with compliance, internal controls, and external auditsProven ability to lead, mentor, and develop accounting teamsOwnership of month-end closeFamiliarity with technical accounting topics (e.g., ASC 606)Experienced with process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiencyStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skillsExperience with NetSuiteThis role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on a fast-paced, organization—ideal for someone ready to step into greater ownership, visibility, and challenge.Fraudulent Recruitment Alert:Please be vigilant against fraudulent recruitment attempts.
