What you will do As a Controller, you will be the financial backbone of a scaling organization. This is a rare opportunity to build, lead, and modernize the accounting function in a fast-moving environment. You will own all aspects of accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance, while helping to shape the company’s financial infrastructure for its next phase of growth. You will work hand-in-hand with the CFO and executive leadership to bring financial clarity, accuracy, and strategic insight to every corner of the business. Your responsibilities will be as follows: Own the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting under ASPE. Build scalable accounting processes to support rapid growth by implementing best practices and automation wherever possible. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Manage external relationships with auditors and tax advisors. Oversee corporate income tax returns and sales tax returns in different jurisdictions. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and investor expectations.
