The position of Information Technology Supervisor II is situated within the Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB), specifically in the Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD), Contributions - Member & Financials Unit. This role is pivotal in transforming business operations by ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable solutions, gathering requirements, and effectively communicating these to development teams. Additionally, the role involves coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the unit. The anticipated interview dates for this position are set for the week of October 7th, 2024, and the position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for up to two days of remote work and three or more days onsite each week.

Responsibilities
• Supervise the Contributions - Member & Financials Unit within the Information Technology Services Branch.

• Translate business needs into technical solutions by gathering requirements and communicating them to development teams.

Requirements
• Mid-level experience in information technology or a related field.
