Description:
Work as an analyst in the Procurement department ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements to qualify for nuclear tax credits.
Support the prevailing wage reporting process by:
ā¢ Checking that qualified work completed at the nuclear site has been reported by the respective contractors in a third party on-line system.
ā¢ Reconcile contractor reported payrolls in the system to a site report of completed work.
ā¢ Contact contractors to address reporting discrepancies including late reports, missing data, and non-compliant wages.
ā¢ Contact contractors to determine whether on-site work should be reported in the system.
ā¢ Provide periodic reports regarding contractor compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
ā¢ Other administrative duties as needed to support the process.
Experience Levels:
ā¢ Advanced: Full knowledge of related concepts. Typically has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
