Overview:
Robert Half is seeking Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters with New York jurisdictional experience and an active NY SIP license to manage claims with empathy, precision, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and manage workers’ compensation claims from inception to resolution
• Develop strategic plans for claims handling, including litigation management
• Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, medical providers, and legal professionals
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the claims process
Qualifications:
• Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of workers’ compensation claims experience
• Active NY Self-Insurance Plan (SIP) license
• Strong knowledge of New York workers’ compensation laws and procedures
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in a third-party administrator (TPA) environment
