Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Contracted Sales Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal sales (particularly in estate planning, probate, or criminal defense), be familiar with MyCase CRM/case management software, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with bi-weekly base compensation and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct consultations and sales calls with prospective clients via phone or video
ā¢ Use MyCase to track leads, follow-ups, and client communications
ā¢ Follow up on leads from marketing channels, referrals, and intake forms
ā¢ Convert warm leads into retained clients through persuasive and ethical sales techniques
ā¢ Educate clients about firm services in probate, estate planning, and criminal law
ā¢ Coordinate with the intake team and attorneys to ensure smooth onboarding
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status
ā¢ Report regularly on performance metrics and client acquisition progress
Qualifications:
ā¢ Proven success in legal sales, particularly in estate planning, probate, or criminal law
ā¢ Proficient in using MyCase or similar legal CRM platforms
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
ā¢ High level of professionalism and client service
ā¢ Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
ā¢ Able to maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines
Compensation:

ā¢ Bonus Structure: Performance-based, tied to closed leads, revenue targets, and conversion metrics
