Description:
Collaborates with both front-line employees and management to develop, maintain, and manage select policies, procedures, and processes
Responsible for policy and procedure rewriting existing content into new formats, and the ongoing management of policies and procedures
Provides support on various business-related initiatives and projects, with strong emphasis on written documentation, to support business goals and strategies
Collaborate to determine the project scope, schedules, and the development of content to manage the execution of those plans
Research and translate technical information / artifacts or business processes into content that can be delivered as output such as web content, online help, knowledge bases, technical requirements documents, system and implementation guides, reference manuals, user guides, training materials, policies and procedures, and associated forms
Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of Technical Writing experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
