Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

Would you love being part of a team passionate about building the next generation of technology talent at Paramount? If so, this could be an incredible opportunity for you! The Emerging Talent team’s mission is to serve as a strategic pipeline for early-career technologists and future technical leaders who will power innovation across our streaming, data, product, and engineering organizations.

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter to support internship and full-time (below Manager level) hiring across Technology functions, including Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Product Management and other technical disciplines. • Assess technical candidates through resume screening, technical pre-qualification, and structured interview processes in partnership with hiring teams
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key skill areas such as software development, data science, cloud technologies, and emerging platforms
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, ensuring competitive candidate slates
• Represent Paramount at tech-focused recruiting events, campus engagements, conferences, and virtual activations to strengthen employer brand and expand pipelines
• Champion consistent and data-driven recruitment practices aligned with internal standards and best practices; track progress and share insights with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and execution of programming that enhances the experience and development of technical interns

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting (engineering, product, data, or related fields)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or related field
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical skill sets such as software engineering, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or product management
• Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and hiring workflows
• Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with technical hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong client service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building relationships with technical student organizations, universities, or early-career tech programs
• Experience analyzing recruiting data and translate insights into actions that improve pipeline health, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

Additional Qualifications
• Experience recruiting within media, streaming, entertainment, or consumer technology environments is a plus
