Contract Talent Attraction Partner , to join us for approximately 6-months,? who thrives on finding great agency talent and building long term relationships. In this role, you�ll connect top AOR promotional marketing professionals with opportunities across our business, helping us staff the account, strategy, creative, project management, operations, and editorial teams that bring brand stories to life.? To be successful here, you must bring direct experience recruiting for a?promotional marketing agency of record?and understand what it takes to succeed in client facing, fastmoving AOR environments. Job Responsibilities and Skills Build and maintain warm pipelines of talent for core AOR roles (account, strategy/brand, creative, copy/writing, editorial, project management, operations). Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, alumni/university connections, and relevant professional communities. Run thoughtful prescreens to ensure candidates meet our �must haves�: promotional AOR background, relevant category or brand experience where appropriate, and strong portfolios/writing samples when applicable. Own the top of the funnel in our ATS: tag candidates accurately, keep pipelines organized, and run simple nurture campaigns to stay connected with high potential talent. Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role nuances and share calibrated shortlists and market insights. Support candidate coordination (scheduling, confirmations, follow ups) when bandwidth allows, ensuring a smooth, respectful experience for every candidate. Contribute to our contractor hiring efforts by sourcing and screening freelance talent for key initiatives. Use data to guide your efforts � from response rates to submit to interview ratios � and continuously refine where and how you source. Minimum Qualifications 2�4 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a promotional agency of record or closely related agency environment.? Proven experience recruiting for a?promotional agency of record?or closely related agency environment (required). Strong understanding of AOR promotional work and the types of talent needed across account, strategy, creative, and operations. Experience recruiting across a mix of roles � from account and strategy to creative, writing/editorial, project management, and operations. Ability to assess portfolios, writing samples, and work examples for creative and content driven roles. Hands on experience with an ATS and candidate pipelines; you keep data clean and up to date. Excellent communication skills, with a people first mindset and a commitment to an inclusive candidate experience.? A proactive, curious approach � you enjoy learning the market, trying new sourcing tactics, and sharing what you�re seeing with the team.
