Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from prospecting to onboarding
Attract candidates through social media, databases, and industry organizations
Recruit for challenging positions and establish trust with hiring managers
Qualify candidates through resume review, phone screens, and interviews
Manage communication and document recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Degree or equivalent work experience
2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Strong relationship building skills with hiring managers
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and drive processes independently
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
Passion for recruiting and storytelling
Proficiency in creative sourcing techniques and making strategic recommendations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn
Ability to articulate status updates with key stakeholders in person
Familiarity with diverse industries and candidate profiles
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in recruitment
Certification in recruiting or related field
