Contract Platform Product Manager, Standards - Remote Opportunity

As a key member of our Trust & Safety organization, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a safe environment for our hosts and guests by building products and platforms that ensure compliance with our Community Policies. About the Role: In this critical position, you will be responsible for executing on strategic priorities that uphold community standards, working cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure seamless policy enforcement. Your work will have a significant impact on the safety and trustworthiness of our platform. Key Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional working groups to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product launches • Maintain product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing solutions based on business value and customer impact • Define goals and success metrics with measurable objectives and key results • Build alignment across product teams and leadership, anticipating bottlenecks and making tradeoffs as needed • Present product roadmap and status to business and Airbnb leadership, communicating concisely and influencing outcomes • Evaluate new product opportunities and propose solutions with data and users at the forefront Requirements: • 5+ years of product management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage diverse stakeholder audiences • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience with design and hypothesis-driven product development • Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative, fast-paced environment • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills, with ability to work in a global environment What We Offer: • Competitive hourly rate: $65-$75/hour • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefits • Opportunity to work with a mission-driven company and make a meaningful impact • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a global team How to Apply: If you're a motivated and experienced product manager looking for a new challenge, please apply now.
