Key Responsibilities
Perform remote or in-home PT evaluations and treatments
Document all patient encounters using InjuryMD’s documentation tools
Work with our internal medical team, case managers, and attorneys as needed
Coordinate treatment schedules based on patient needs and availability
Requirements
Active state license in Physical Therapy (multiple licenses a plus!)
Comfortable using video conferencing and telehealth platforms
Willing to travel locally for at-home visits (if applicable)
Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant environment for remote sessions
Strong communication skills and empathy for injury patients
Must be open to 1099 contract work; this is not a salaried position
Bonus If You Have
Existing home health or mobile PT practice
Prior experience with PI, workers’ comp, or auto injury patients
Multiple state licenses
Spanish-speaking abilities
