This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Massachusetts (USA) Our direct end client a large global pharmaceuticals organization is seeking to hire a CAPEX Project Procurement Lead. Job Title: Contract Operations Specialist / CO Team Member Location: 90%Remote | 5 days per month in client's location in Lexington, MA Duration: 6 months plus contract Department: Legal Operations, Global Legal Location: Various Reports to: Head of Legal Operations Purpose: Support client’s global contracting process by enabling simplification, efficiency, and continuous improvement through an integrated digital platform. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant contract execution while enhancing user experience and operational agility. Key Responsibilities: • Process and review contract requests from intake through execution, ensuring compliance with policies and data accuracy. • Review contract terms against approved templates and ensure proper filing with complete metadata. • Act as a contracting system expert, providing user training and support. • Monitor and report on contract metrics and SLAs. • Identify and recommend process improvements in partnership with Legal, Procurement, and other functions. • Resolve contract-related queries and disputes among stakeholders. • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure professional alignment with Takeda standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • 5+ years of experience in contract operations or related legal/procurement functions. • Fluency in English required; additional language skills preferred. • Strong knowledge of contract management systems, S2P processes, and data reporting. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a global, regulated environment with limited travel as needed.
