Our programs combine academic support, social-emotional learning, and enrichment to create safe, engaging environments for children beyond the school day. leadingedgekids.com Onboarding Specialist (Seasonal Contract, Hybrid – 30 Hours/Week) Leading Edge is hiring Two Contract Onboarding Specialists to support our peak hiring season. This role plays a key part in creating a smooth, positive onboarding experience for new hires across our programs. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person support for hiring events as needed in your local area. Location Requirement: Must reside in Colorado or New Jersey What You'll Do - Manage onboarding for new hires from start to finish - Guide employees through paperwork, background checks, and system setup - Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding questions - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant - Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to keep onboarding moving efficiently - Troubleshoot issues and keep onboarding on track during peak hiring periods What We're Looking For - At least 1 year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, or a related field - Experience in high-volume environments preferred - Strong organization and attention to detail - Comfortable working independently in a primarily remote role - Clear and professional communication skills - Tech-savvy with HR systems, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace Job Details Contract Dates: May 11, 2026 to September 25, 2026 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 30 hours per week 6 hour workday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch This is a hybrid role.
