Contract Lawyer needed for MSP Services
We are seeking an experienced commercial / contract lawyer to review an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between our company and a third party (Pinnacle). The purpose of this engagement is to assess whether the MOU adequately protects our interests, identify any legal or financial risks, and confirm whether the agreement is enforceable, clear, and commercially sound. This is a short, focused review engagement with potential for follow-up work if revisions are recommended. Scope of Work • Review the existing MOU in full • Identify any unfavourable, ambiguous, or high-risk clauses • Assess payment terms, termination clauses, penalties, and enforceability • Confirm whether the agreement aligns with standard commercial best practices • Provide clear written feedback outlining: • Issues or red flags (if any) • Recommended changes or protections • Whether the MOU is acceptable to proceed as-is Apply tot his job
