Burn Media Co. is a fast-growing, franchise-focused media agency supporting over 300 brands in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle. We specialize in full-funnel digital marketing strategy, content creation, and brand campaigns that fuel franchise growth and consumer engagement.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a talented freelance Graphic Designer to support our creative team on an as-needed basis. This contractor will partner with our internal creative leads to deliver clean, compelling, brand-aligned graphics across various formats — including digital ads, social content, sales decks, and more.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can turn around design work quickly and accurately, and has a deep understanding of modern, elevated brand visuals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design creative assets for digital ads, social media, email, print, and presentations
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling and consistent visuals
• Collaborate with creative team members on project briefings and revisions
• Manage deadlines and deliver assets in organized files and formats
• Revise creative based on team and client feedback
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail across all assets
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of design experience, ideally with agency or franchise/multi-location brands
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong design portfolio with examples of brand, ad, and social creative
• Comfortable working independently and taking feedback constructively
• Reliable with timelines, communication, and file handoff
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools
• Motion graphics or light video editing experience
• Knowledge of franchise marketing or fitness/wellness brands
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
• Project-based work, volume varies month to month
• All work-for-hire; Burn Media Co. retains rights to all assets produced
• Payment issued upon completion of scope and invoice submission
• Contract renewal and longer-term engagements possible based on performance
