We’re building the next-generation infrastructure for independent agencies across the country - combining human expertise with modern data, AI, and operational systems. As we scale, we’re standing up a unified financial reporting engine that powers decision-making across organic growth, acquisitions, and multi-entity accounting. We’re looking for a contract Data/BI Analyst to help us build that foundation. The Engagement (4–8 Weeks) We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer who has hands-on experience working with QuickBooks Online (QBO) data - either through native BI connectors or by connecting through QBO APIs - and who can design clean, user-friendly views on financial data that support leaders across Finance, Operations, and M&A. This is a project-based contract ideal for someone who can quickly understand complex financial structure and deliver high-quality dashboards with minimal oversight. Responsibilities • Connect to QuickBooks Online (API or native BI connector) and build a stable data ingestion pipeline • Model and clean financial datasets including: • Multi-entity expense allocation • Cost centers, operating expenses, shared services expense distribution • Acquired agency performance + historic financials • Build user-facing dashboards showing multi-entity P&L trends • Stand up filterable views by agency and region (with user-based access control) • Create lightweight documentation for ongoing dashboard maintenance Engagement Details • Contract Duration: 4–8 weeks • Location: Remote (US preferred) • Start Date: Immediate • Time Commitment: ~20+ hrs/week • Comp: $75/hr or project-based preferred • Strong BI, ETL, SQL + data modeling fundamentals • Direct experience connecting QuickBooks Online to a BI tool (connector or API) • Strong Experience with multi-entity accounting / financial reporting • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar • Bonus: experience in insurance / financial services Apply tot his job
