About the Role • We are seeking a specialist-level Content Strategist focused on engineering explosive audience growth through high-speed, algorithm-optimized, platform-native content. This role is built for someone who understands how to win short-form platforms by combining viral hooks, high-retention storytelling, cultural relevance, and real-time performance data. The ideal candidate is both creatively fearless and analytically sharp—someone who thrives on rapid testing, trend surfing, and iteration. You’ll be responsible for developing and scaling short-form content designed to stop the scroll, dominate feeds, and drive extreme reach and follower growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute short-form content strategies optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Write viral hooks and emotion-driven scripts designed to maximize retention and watch time • Concept and produce “pattern interrupt” content that immediately captures attention • Generate a high volume of content ideas and formats, testing multiple concepts daily • Identify, surf, and strategically manipulate trends to maximize reach and relevance • Create reaction-based, memetic, and culturally native content that feels organic to each platform • A/B test hooks, captions, thumbnails, and visual framing to optimize performance • Collaborate with viral creators and influencers to expand reach and accelerate growth • Monitor real-time analytics and algorithm signals, adjusting content strategy accordingly • Build repeatable content frameworks that consistently deliver viral or breakout performance • communications meet internal standards for brand voice, tone, accessibility, and compliance. Perform final QA across all assets. • 5–10 years of experience in content strategy, social media growth, or short-form content creation • Proven track record of driving rapid audience growth and engagement through platform-native content • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms • Strong storytelling instincts with a focus on emotion, tension, and retention • Experience running rapid testing cycles and scaling top-performing formats • Comfortable interpreting performance data and making fast, informed creative decisions • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or media partners Key Characteristics • Obsessively curious about trends, culture, and platform behavior • Moves fast, tests relentlessly, and thrives in high-output environments • Data-informed but creativity-led; performance drives decisions • Comfortable with ambiguity and constant iteration • Thinks in hooks, retention curves, and shareability • Energized by experimentation and algorithm “wins” We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
