All helping ensure that communities can focus on improved care for residents while still reaching their financial goals.SafelyYou is one of five most innovative fall technologies referenced in the Senate Falls Report (2019), a winner of the McKnight’s Tech Partner of the Year, and has been named to Fortune’s Impact 20 list, which recognizes companies making people’s lives better through innovation.Your Role at SafelyYouThe Content Specialist will contribute to the conceptualization, writing, and editing of persuasive cross-channel campaign assets including sales sheets, case studies, thought leadership materials, video/motion graphics, infographics, web copy, social media content, and email. Responsibilities include cultivating customer stories, planning and managing the organization's website, and overseeing creative projects from intake to delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, write, and edit persuasive copy for cross-channel campaign assets, including sales sheets, case studies, thought leadership materials, video/motion graphics, infographics, web copy, social media content, and email
Maintain brand voice and tone across all channels
Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver top-quality creative assets for all aspects of marketing campaigns
Cultivate customer stories, including success stories and testimonials
Plan, implement, manage, and monitor the organization's website
Manage creative projects from intake to delivery, ensuring that deliverables are met
Support creative vision, brand identity, and direction for SafelyYou's audience
Adhere to creative systems/processes necessary to implement brand strategy and deliver consistent brand experiences
Be a reliable team member who consistently strives to unlock the company's potential and realize its mission
Illustrate company identity and culture through ideas and work produced
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Help identify key areas for improvement and contribute ideas for ways to get better
Stay informed about the latest trends, strategies, and technologies
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a similar field
3 - 5 years of related experience in an independent or in-house agency
A portfolio demonstrating highly creative and strategic thinking that solves customers’ problems and excites users to take action across a wide variety of media and channels, including but not limited to: social media posts and videos, branded websites, promotional emails and newsletters, white papers, case studies, guides, webinar/educational experiences, event booths and materials
Proven content strategy, project management, creative development and research experience
Extensive knowledge of personas, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM)
Strong communication/organizational/presentation skills
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to respond quickly to multiple projects and superb time management skills
Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other technology such as communication (Slack) and project management (monday.com) software
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and buyer intent platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate and collaborate successfully in a fully remote company
Proactive, driven individual who is passionate about SafelyYou’s mission
Senior living and/or start-up experience is a plus
