*Content Project Manager Responsibilities:*
* Oversee the development, production, and maintenance of support and onboarding content for customers and internal teams.
* Transform complex workflows into clear, accessible materials.
* Maintain an organized and current content library.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Platform, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research.
* Manage survey feedback, ensuring insights reach the appropriate teams for timely follow-up.
*Content Project Manager Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in technical writing or content management, preferably in edTech or SaaS.
* Strong ownership and organization of documentation processes.
* Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
* Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint.
* Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms.
