In this role, you will be the driving force behind the creation and execution of captivating video, text, and audio content.Challenges you'll meet Content Creation, planning, shooting, and editing video/text/audio contentContent Contractor Management (administer a database of contractors for creating various types of content)Development of strategies for video content, defining themes, formats, and styles that align with the needs and interests of the target audience and product needsShooting Planning and OrganizationAssessment of content quality at all stages of pre-production, production, and post-productionManaging the shooting calendarAnalyzing the effectiveness of video content and identifying areas for improvementCollaborating with product, marketing, content, design, and other departments to ensure that content aligns with the company's strategy and business goalsConducting research on trends and developing innovative ideasOptimizing processes, documenting them, and maintaining documentationYour key goals will beTasks completion in estimated deadlinesHigh-quality up-to-date scientifically-proved content based on user needs, trends Uniform contractors' load + team satisfaction & productivity levelYour professional qualitiesExperience in working with different content formats Content performance analysis (YouTube, Meta etc)Experience in market, user behavior, and content results analysis using relevant toolsStrong experience in content creation Strong experience in video content creation and adapting to different platforms Writing, storytelling skills Aesthetics and trendiness in terms of contentCreativity Candidate journey⭕️ Recruiter call --> ⭕️ Skills assessment --> ⭕️ Test Task --> ⭕️ Meet the Leadership team✨ Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech:Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
