Working closely with Content-SEO, Writers, Editors, Content-Localization, and Strategists, you’ll ensure smooth operations, seamless communication, and efficient execution across all teams. You’ll also be the key link between content and product teams, ensuring product knowledge is always up-to-date and accessible.If this aligns with your experience and ambitions, we’d love to hear from you! Your day-to-day Align content teams (Content-SEO, Writers, Editors, Locales, Strategist) to streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency.Ensure smooth communication with product teams and maintain an up-to-date product knowledge base.Manage the content handbook, keeping workflows, guidelines, and documentation structured.Support and enhance onboarding with training materials and best practices.Implement and optimize content operations to improve content creation, publishing, and distribution processes.Facilitate OKR planning and tracking, ensuring clarity in timelines, progress monitoring, and goal alignment across teams.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Product, Marketing) to ensure content efforts align with broader business objectives.Support strategic discussions and team meetings, gathering insights, identifying focus areas, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.Stay on top of product updates, ensuring they are reflected in content materials and communicated effectively across teams.Plan and coordinate content team events, such as offsites, workations, and alignment sessions, to foster collaboration. What we expect from you Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for collaboration across teams.2+ years experience in content operations, marketing operations, product operations, or content project management.Strong understanding and proven track record of content marketing workflows, including ideation, production, localization, and publication.Familiarity with OKR, business/product metrics, and roadmap execution.Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Ability to identify areas for process improvement and introduce new operational efficiencies.High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and content execution.Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, or other project management and analytics platforms.
