Learn more about us and our offerings at [www.OperationsMavenue.com]( About the Role We’re looking for a Central or South America-based Content & Operations Manager to join our team on a long-term freelance basis. This is a dynamic role that combines content strategy and operations management. You will: - Lead our content strategy — shaping how our brand shows up across marketing channels and email funnels. - Create content for our marketing channels and email funnels when needed, using the AI tools integrated into our operations. - Assist the Owner with operations, and help plan, launch, and manage operational projects, by taking ownership of projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation. - Maintain and update our SOPs and Operations Manual, and building new SOPs as needed - Oversee a small team, assigning tasks and managing performance - Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members - Wear multiple hats and gain direct exposure to the inner workings of a boutique operations consulting firm — seeing firsthand how we build, manage, and scale both client and internal projects. We’re looking for someone who: - Has proven experience in content creation and management, and operations management. - Has excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal. - Understands the structure and rhythm of online business operations. - Is organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded. - Is coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and grow quickly in a structured, fast-paced environment. - Can balance creative thinking with process-driven execution. - Thrives in a self-managed, remote work environment. - Is proficient in Notion.
