Content Operations Associate
Job Summary:
iHerb is seeking a Content Operations Associate to join our Marketing team! This is a remote role, with a preferred location in Southern California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing content across our digital platforms. This role will coordinate daily web content and ensure timely and up-to-date updates and promotions using iHerbs proprietary web and content management systems (CMS). This position will communicate with various departments and handle special projects as assigned.
Job Expectations:
Support iHerbs multiple departments (Digital Experience, Global Logistics, Merchandising, Human Resources, etc.) by managing all content updates for the global website
Partner with the localization team to ensure content is translated into all 19+ languages the website is available in
Set up global and regional promotions across all platforms, including iHerbs app
Improve internal efficiency by proactively developing new... processes for optimized workflow
Become an expert in functionality and features of iHerb internal tools and backend logic
Partner with the Business Product Technology team to provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal tools for maximum efficiency
Work cross-functionally with Digital Experience, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy
Manage various websites, including core iHerb.com, Careers, and HR website
Document changes to internal tools and processes when new features are introduced to the team.

Equipment Knowledge:
HTML, CSS (required)
Basic knowledge of Shopify and/or WordPress is preferred
Basic knowledge of Javascript/JSON is preferred
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
Knowledge of Google Business Suite ((Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) ) and project management tools such as Asana preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' related experience.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
