Job SummaryWe are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team on a short-term, independent contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring the integrity of online content in alignment with company policies and community guidelines. Your work will help create a positive and safe environment for all users. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with our digital team to ensure the timely and efficient moderation of content across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content across platforms, including social media, forums, and websites, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

Identify, report, and take action on content that violates the platforms policies, including but not limited to harmful language, spam, and inappropriate media.

Respond to escalated issues, including user complaints and flagged content, following company protocols and procedures.

Collaborate with the content and compliance teams to improve moderation processes and strategies.

Provide detailed feedback and insights regarding trends in flagged content, helping to improve content policies.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive or personal information.

Ensure that moderation actions are completed in a timely manner to meet performance targets and service level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in using content management and moderation tools.

Good understanding of online platforms and digital communication trends.
